What is Fileport Request?Fileport Request lets you collect files from anyone with a link.How do I request files?Requests are available on registered accounts.Sharing a request without emailTurn off Send email and click Create Link.Do people need an account to send me files?No. Anyone with the link can open it, pick their files and click Upload Files.Which files can people send?Documents and multimedia accepts PDFs, Office files, text, images, audio, video and 3D models.Downloading what you receivedClick the request in Your requests.Will I know when files arrive?Yes, if Email me when files arrive is on.Can someone send more files later?Yes. They can open the link again and send more for as long as the request is open.Request limitsFree accounts can keep 10 requests, and files sent to them expire 7 days after they arrive.Closing or deleting a requestClick the request in Your requests and click Close Request.Who can see the files sent to me?Only you. Files sent to a request can't be opened with a link, and people who send files can't see what others sent.The request link isn't workingThe request may have been closed or deleted, or the account that made it may be out of space.
