A Pro account removes all restrictions that apply to free users. Moreover:
- You can upload files up to 2 TB
- Your uploads will not expire
- You will be able to create Photobooks
- Enable features such as passsword protection and download notifications
Adding multiple users
Fileport Pro account holders can invite other team members. Each of these users are billed to the parent account at the same rate as a Pro account.
Users are fully featured Pro accounts and have their own 2 TB of storage.
I have trouble logging in to my account
If you used an email and a password to sign up, you can use the password reset page to reset your account password.
If you used a Google, Apple or Microsoft account to sign up and no longer have access to that account, please contact Support.
I cannot verify my email
Check your spam folder for the verification email. You might need to whitelist noreply@fileport.io.
Alternatively you may use your Google, Apple or Microsoft account to sign up.
My credit/debit card is not being accepted
If your card details are correct but it is being rejected please don't keep retrying. It might cause the card number to be marked as fraudulent.
Please contact your bank or card provider to make sure that you're allowed to make international payments.
If your card expires or does not have enough funds while you are subscribed, you will receive an email with a link to update your card details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Account page in the Subscription section and select MANAGE. Then, click on Cancel plan.
