A Pro account removes all restrictions that apply to free users. Moreover:

• You can upload files up to 1 TB
• Your uploads will not expire
• You will be able to create fully-featured Photobooks
• Enable features such as passsword protection and download notifications

Fileport Pro account holders can invite other team members. Each of these users are billed to the parent account at the same rate as a Pro account.

Users are fully-featured Pro accounts and have their own 1 TB of storage.

If you used an email and a password to sign up, you can use the password reset page to reset your account password.

If you used a Google or Apple account to sign up and no longer have access to that account, please contact Support.

Check your spam folder for the verification email. You might need to whitelist noreply@fileport.io.

Alternatively you may use your Google or Apple account to sign up.

If your card details are correct but it is being rejected please don't keep retrying. It might cause the card number to be marked as fraudulent.

Please contact your bank or card provider to make sure that you're allowed to make international payments.

If your card expires or does not have enough funds while you are subscribed, you will receive an email with a link to update your card details.

Go to your Account page in the Subscription section and select MANAGE. Then, click on CANCEL and confirm the cancellation. You may continue to use your account up until the billing cycle end date.

You can resume your subscription at any time by selecting RESUME.

Ultra account holders can customize the look of their download page.

You can change the logo, title and link to that of your company or website.

Ultra account holders can set up a custom download domain.

The requirement is that you have custom download pages enabled.

To set up your custom domain, add a CNAME for your subdomain of choice pointing to custom.fileport.io in your domain's DNS settings. For more information on setting CNAMEs, go to your domain registrar's help section.

Please allow a few minutes after setting up a custom domain for the DNS changes to propagate.

Ultra account holders can generate direct download links.

When you use a direct link, the download page is skipped and the download starts immediately. Direct links also work in conjuction with custom domains

You can generate a link through the UI or manually, by simply adding a sign (+) to the end of a download link.
